What’s the price of towns in Seaton?

It depends on the builder. Brookfield advertises New Seaton townhomes from the $600s (net of HST), with a 3-storey collection from $639,814. DECO’s Bloom Park page says coming this fall. Paradise lists Seatonville among current Pickering offerings without a public price list. Lebovic marks Seaton Greens Phase 4 as coming soon. OPUS has coming-soon town collections at Seaton South and Greenwood. There is no single Seaton-wide launch date. Register for VIP notice when a builder confirms a release.

Is this the builder’s sales office?

No. Living at Seaton is an independent registration site. We do not represent the builders. Register here for help comparing communities; you still purchase from the builder if you proceed.
