Privacy policy

Living at Seaton is an independent marketing registration website for new-construction interest in Seaton, Pickering. It is not a builder corporate website.

Information we collect

When you register we collect name, email, phone, projects of interest, home type, budget, timeline, whether you are working with a realtor, and whether you opted in to marketing emails and texts. We also collect the page URL, referrer and UTM parameters when present.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry and, if you ticked the CASL box, to send marketing emails and texts about Seaton releases. You can unsubscribe at any time. Inquiry follow-up does not require that box.

Sharing

Lead information is sent to Follow Up Boss, the CRM we use to follow up. We do not sell personal information. Builders are not automatically given your contact details from this form.
