Seaton is the City of Pickering’s master-planned community of more than 7,000 acres in north Pickering, planned for about 61,000 residents. More than half the land is intended as a natural heritage system.
We keep a single VIP list across current Seaton releases — towns, semis and detached — so you are not chasing eleven sales offices. Builders named here are identified only so you can choose a community.
Neighbourhoods are still coming out of the ground along Taunton Road, Whites Road, Brock Road, Whitevale Road and the future Alexander Knox corridor. Mattamy, Brookfield and Aspen Ridge currently publish prices. Others ask you to register first.

Seaton is a master-planned urban community in north Pickering. The City of Pickering describes more than 7,000 acres, with over half to be kept as open space, planned for about 61,000 residents and a longer-term intensification target of 70,000. New-construction homes are being released by multiple builders across several neighbourhoods.
Builders with their own official Seaton-area pages include Aspen Ridge, Mattamy, Brookfield Residential, Tower Hill, Fieldgate, OPUS, DECO, Arista, Paradise Developments, Lebovic and Sundial. Some neighbourhoods (New Seaton, Seatonville) are joint sites with more than one builder.
It depends on the builder. Brookfield advertises New Seaton townhomes from the $600s (net of HST), with a 3-storey collection from $639,814. Mattamy lists Phase 5 attached plans at Seaton Whitevale from $700,876. Aspen Ridge’s lowest published 20′ town we verified is $733,619. Many other builders have not posted public starting prices. All figures change — confirm with our team.
DECO’s Bloom Park page says coming this fall. Paradise lists Seatonville among current Pickering offerings without a public price list. Lebovic marks Seaton Greens Phase 4 as coming soon. OPUS has coming-soon town collections at Seaton South and Greenwood. There is no single Seaton-wide launch date. Register for VIP notice when a builder confirms a release.
No. Living at Seaton is an independent registration site. We do not represent the builders. Register here for help comparing communities; you still purchase from the builder if you proceed.
