Brookfield positions New Seaton in north Pickering as a townhome neighbourhood with open-concept layouts up to about 2,070 square feet. The page we checked lists two collections rather than detached homes.
Quick move-in addresses on Grey Fox Lane and Whites Road show occupancy windows in June, October and November 2027. Several lots are marked sold. Listed sale prices and “from” prices can differ from the net figures shown beside them.
