Tower Hill describes New Seaton as a distinctive community of family homes in north Pickering, minutes from parks, shopping and Highways 401 and 407. Traditional and contemporary designs are mentioned on towerhillhomes.ca.
Unlike Aspen Ridge and Brookfield, Tower Hill’s own pages do not currently publish floor-plan names, square footage or prices. The New Seaton joint site groups Tower Hill with those two builders and lists sales@towerhill.ca.
